at church we are going through the book of luke. it was pointed out yesterday that in luke 1, when the angel gabriel speaks to zechariah, it is the first time God has spoken in over FOUR HUNDRED YEARS.
can you imagine? can you imagine that silence? can you imagine the excitement that came after?
it's wild to think about.
continually in awe of all that i do see, hear, and understand. and yet, ever more in awe of all that i have yet to see, hear, and understand.
